Returns

At Atrio Hill, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email us at customerservice@atriohill.com or call 1-877-945-3379 during our regular business hours. 

• All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving order
• Ship returns to: 847 South Randall Rd., Suite 121, Elgin, IL 60123
• Returned product must be in the condition in which you received it and in original box. Please enclose a copy of the sales invoice.  We will credit the product only once received by Atrio Hill.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• All returns will be credited to the original purchasing credit card number
