United StatesReceived the Wrong Size...No Size Chart? Or No Refund?
First and foremost, I purchased this ring with little to no knowledge about my ring size (hoping there was a size guide online for this store but there wasn't). I found tutorials on youtube to measure my ring size and from those measurements, I was a size 10. After submitting my order, this service emailed me back saying they do not have a size 10 in this ring and advised me to choose another one. So I did, and once I received the ring it was WAY too big. Although it was big, it was still nice (w/ little to no scratches); hence the 2 stars rather than 1 star rating. I proceeded to contact them to see if I can switch out the ring for a different size and they said yes. I returned the ring (delivered four days ago), and they have yet to respond to my emails with updates about mailing a new one. Not too sure if I should ask for a refund or continue waiting...
